"Progressive gave me the same coverage with half the deductible amount and 58% cheaper. 7yr old vehicle statefarm was taking me to the CLEANERS. 240/month. Ooffttaaa. 0 tickets in 7 years. 29 years old. I asked them to make it make sense. The couldn't. Progressive made it make sense. 116/month. Signed sealed and delivered."

"I never do Google Reviews. BUT somethings are just acceptable. I'm a disabled Miltary Veteran so maybe the word respect has a different meaning for me than the people in this STATE FARM Office. (Dwight Richter aka Dwight Richterkessing Office) Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I had a Billing/Underwriter Situation that was 100% State Farm fault according to the Office Mgr. Martha. When I called again to Inquire I asked to speak to the Office Mgr again but got GABRIEL on the phone. He answered the phone with the biggest attitude & told me " I don't have time for this & hung up. I had to call repeatedly for about 30min leaving messages for Dwight Richter the Head Agent to call me...After about 10 or so calls & 3 Voice Messages I finally got a call from the office manager who is trying to move my business to another office. We (my family) have been with State Farm with this agent for almost 20+ years & this is the treatment we get. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would. This office is infested with Poor Customer Service & Poor Management. When I discussed it with my Retired Elderly Dad who originally started the policy he immediately decided we need to find another office because he hasn't been happy with this office for a while. I will actually explain the Billing situation on another review. I really want to see how they handle it first. Bad Billing + Poor Customer Service = DISASTER BTW we have a policy with 4 Vehicles & a Business Policy. I guess that isn't enough for this office to treat customers with respect. BUT you dont have to believe me Just Check out the Reviews on Yelp... Be Carful with this Office & Have a Great Day. Hey Dwight if your reading this I'm waiting for a call back or email sir. I will be filling a formal complaint asap."

"This agency used to be great, until I had a billing issue because either the agency or the billing department grossly erred making a basic change. (adding comprehensive only to an older vehicle). The insurance bill was quoted as one figure, and then the billing was almost double due to an entry error on the company’s part. It took me weeks to attempt to get it fixed, and the agency dragged its feet blaming the billing department and underwriters. Calling in to the company itself seemed to help but didn’t fix the issue either. Because it was so badly mishandled, I reached out to another agency for quotes. I ended up canceling 3 auto polices but kept a renters policy. I requested the billing department number to understand how the mistake happened and the agency refused. I asked where to send a complaint (for State Farm) and they gave me the local office address, which seemed strange when it was a complaint for the company itself not the office. I will end up having to file a complaint with other statewide resources instead. I requested speaking to Mr. Richter himself and radio silence. We have never had a single claim on our policies, and have always been timely with payment and paying immediately with changes. Unfortunately, I can no longer advocate for using this agent office."

"Took payments 2 of them than women working calls and says I owe still and I wasn’t covered any longer, upset me !!! So I called the main state farm company and they said the women that told me that was lying cause I was actually ahead on my payment and that not once was my insurance discontinued, NEVER had a problem with state farm gill this 1 women 👎"

"My car was hit. We provided a police report and asked Dwight for help getting our money back since it was a police event and we hadn't seen our deductible back yet. He told us to go through the website. There is no reason to use a local agent if they wont help with anything. I've had similar experiences with different state farm offices and they go above and beyond to help out. A secondary experience in that office was when I went in to cancel my life insurance policy due to having a cheaper one available through work one of the staff told me "You shouldn't cancel this, you work in the oilfield so you'll be unemployed soon enough". The level of disrespect from the employees in this location is beyond tolerable and I will personally never go back to this office again."

"Found a check all the way back from April and was still able to cash it without having to get it reissued...the only issue I encountered was finding a place that didn't have a policy about cashing checks over 60 days old. Had renters insurance through them for 2 years. Great customer service and well priced!"
